Dalam contoh quotation MH terdapat condition

“INCLUDING PROTECTION AND INDEMNITY RISKS UP TO HULL VALUE AS PER CLAUSE 9 OF INSTITUTE TIME CLAUSES HULLS – PORT RISKS 20/7/87 BUT EXCLUDING LIABILITIES TO CREW AND CARGO, AND LIABILITY FOR MARINE SEEPAGE AND POLLUTION ABSOLUTELY.”

mohon klarifikasi tujuan kondisi tersebut dan bertentangan kah dengan cover P&I

IMAM MUSJAB: Cover P&I yang diberikan hanya limited sekali i.e. Collision, jika menginginkan full cover ya..harus beli separated P&I Policy.
