QBE Home Plus Package menghadirkan perlindungan all risks atas Bangunan Rumah Tinggal dan Isinya Plus Tanggung jawab hukum pihak ketiga, Kematian akibat kecelakaan diri tertanggung dan pasangannya, Kompensasi atas kecelakaan pekerja rumah tangga dan Harta benda pekerja rumah tangga Plus segala keistimewaan perlindungan Property All Risks (PAR) dan Klausul-klausul perluasannya.

Bagian 1 – Bangunan & Isinya

·Property All Risks (PAR)
·Kerusuhan, pemogokan, perbuatan jahat, dan huru-hara
·Gempa bumi, letusan gunung berapi, dan tsunami
·Banjir, angin topan, badai, dan kerusakan akibat air
·Tanah longsor dan pergerakan tanah
·Pencurian – 100% dari Harga Pertanggungan
·Biaya akomodasi sementara – s/d 5% dari H.P.
·Biaya arsitek, surveyor, dan konsutan teknik – s/d 5% dari H.P.
·Biaya pencatatan kembali dan persiapan dokumen klaim – s/d 5% dari H.P.
·Biaya pembersihan puing – s/d 10% dari H.P.
·Biaya pemadaman kebakaran – s/d IDR 25,000,000
·Jaminan atas arus pendek listrik
·Dan klausul-klausul lainnya

Bagian 2 – Tanggung jawab hukum pihak ketiga (Limit IDR 250,000,000)

Bagian 3 – Kematian akibat kecelakaan diri tertanggung dan pasangannya (Limit IDR 100,000,000)

Bagian 4 – Kompensasi atas kecelakaan pekerja rumah tangga (Limit IDR 5,000,000)
