  Dear bp. Imam Musjab,. sebelumnya saya berterimakasih, karena bapak telah memfasilitasi pengetahuan asuransi melalui website yang terus bapak kembangkan, hal tersebut sangat membantu saya dalam memahami mengenai perasuransian.
  Bapak, saya ingin menanyakan sesuatu, mengingat ketentuan pada pasal 68 UU asuransi nomor 40 tahun 2014 yang mengharuskan setiap usaha perasuransian tergabung dalam asosiasi, maka,apa saya kewenangan yang dapat diberikan asosiasi tersebut, apabila memang, asosiasi tersebut memiliki kewenangan, dimanakah saya dapat mencari ketentuan hukum mengenai hak dan wewenang asosiasi asuransi tersebut, terimakasih sebelumnya atas perhatian bapak.
  jawaban dari bapak sangat saya butuhkan untuk kelanjutan skripsi saya dan sangat saya nantikan. terimakasih.

  Tidak ada kewenangan khusus yang diberikan oleh UU kepada asosiasi, hanya untuk mempermudah koordinasi saja Pak.
