APPRAISEMENT CLAUSE
If the aggregate claim for any one loss destruction or damage does not exceed as per schedule or 5% of the sum insured whichever is the lesser amount by the item or items affected no special inventory or appraisement of the undamaged property shall be required.
If two or more buildings be included in a single item memorandum shall apply to the range of building and/or contents by the items affected.

(kondisi polis PAR) Misalkan tertanggung telah melakukan reinstate untuk pembelian perlengkapan /office inventory sebesar Rp. 43.000.000 sedangkan dilekatkan Apraisement 10% of sum insured ,inventory office Rp. 50.000.000 = 5.000.000. bagaimana perhitungan atas kondisi ini yaaa
Apraisement 10% artinya jika klaim sama dengan atau kurang dari 10% of sum insured maka tidak berlaku “Average”
Jika klaim lebih dari 10% tetap diperhitungkan “Average” yaitu apabila nilai TSI lebih kecil dari VAR maka klaim dihirung prorata
