SUBROGATION WAIVER

The Insurer agrees to waive any rights and remedies or relief to which it/they may become entitled by subrogation against:

(a) any corporation or organisation (including its directors, officers, employees or servants) owned or controlled by any Insured named herein or subsidiary to any Insured named herein or any co-owner of the Property Insured hereunder;

(b) any Insured named or described by this Policy (including its directors, officers, employees or servants);

(c) any party to whom, prior to loss, a release from liability has been given provided that notice of such release be advised to the Insurer upon coming to the attention of the Insured’s officer responsible for insurance.
