No Lay Up Return / Cancelling Returns Only

Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, It is hereby understood and agreed:

1. No premium shall be returned if the vessel is laid up neither under repair or not under repair in a port or in a lay-up area.

2. To return a pro rata monthly net for each uncommenced month if this insurance be cancelled by agreement.

Menyimpang dari hal-hal yang bertentangan di sini, dengan ini dipahami dan disepakati:

1. Tidak ada pengembalian premi jika kapal tidak beroperasi baik karena dalam perbaikan atau tidak dalam perbaikan di pelabuhan atau di tempat lainnya.

2. Mengembalikan premi net bulanan pro rata untuk setiap bulan yang belum dijalani jika asuransi ini dibatalkan berdasarkan kesepakatan.
