  yang dicover adalah biaya untuk membuat kembali software atau data yang ada dalam disk / data media (cost for recovery), namun bukan “nilai dari data yang hilang”

  kalau polis EEI tidak menjamin akibat naik turun tegangan, fungsinya apa? agak membingungkan kalau lihat wordingnya, semuanya isinya pengecualian. yang dijamin apa saja?

  semua isinya Pengecualian? memang benar begitu Pak, polis menjamin semua kerugian (all risks) kecuali yang disebutkan sebagai “Pengecualian”. walaupun termasuk polis “all risks” Polis EEI pada prinsipnya hanya menjamin “electrical breakdown, short-circuit, kebakaran” plus biasanya diperluas dengan “RSMDCC, FTSWD, EQVET.

  Memang polis ini dibuat (Munich Re) di wilayah / negara yang tidak bermasalah dengan pasokan listrik, di wilayah / negara dimana kerugian akibat gangguan pasokan adalah tanggung jawab negara / pemerintah. menjadi bermasalah ketika diterapkan di negara bernama “Indonesia”, dan perusahaan asuransi tentunya tidak bersedia meng-endorse risiko yang sudah pasti – foreseen seperti itu.

  how long do assets like machine can be covered by insurance? may the old ones that was more than 4 years used, covered by the insurance?

  As long as it has value in money term (financial value), some may have 10 years or 20 years life-time, or reach maximum working-hours

  Why do not we have this clause in CAR ?

  If we want to cover contractors plant and machinery ( CPM ) in the inside of CAR , policy will need to contain 202 clause or not ?

  You may see policy / schedule of both CAR & EAR for clear understanding on this. CAR policy designed to include CPM on it but EAR does not. Thus to include CPM on EAR Policy you need to attach 202 Clause but on CAR Policy you do not need to

  di kantor saya sedang ada kasus klaim EEI, dari kronologis yang disampaikan disebutkan bahwa kerugian diakibatkan kelalaian operator. di Pengecualian umum disebutkan bahwa kelalaian disengaja itu tidak dijamin. mohon penjelasannya mengenai definisi kelalaian disengaja
  kalau kelalaian saja masih dijamin kan?

  Kelalaian (negligence) dijamin, kurang cakap dalam mengoperasikan, kurang teliti dalam mengerjakan (bad-workmanship) dijamin. Pak. namun kesengajaan (wilful act) tidak dijamin, sengaja membuat kerusakan dengan tujuan mendapatkan klaim asuransi

  EEI menjamin “Electrical Breakdown” atau electrical shock
  Tapi kalo “tiba-tiba tidak dapat menyala” – harus dicheck dulu apa penyebab-nya. jika karena electrical breakdown maka dijamin.

  Sederhananya PAR menjamin kerusakan yang disebabkan dari luar
  EEI menjamin kerusakan yang disebabkan dari luar juga dari dalam
  Kerusakan dari dalam = electrical breakdown

  Kalau polis EEI ada perluasan theft & RSCC (tanda MD), dan ada klaim kerusakan mesin ATM akibat dirusak oleh orang lain (vandalisme), tanpa ada bagian mesin yang dicuri, apakah dapat dijamin?
