Automatic Increase Clause

The indemnity provided under this Policy shall apply automatically to include any increase in Sum Insured in the Schedule but the liability of the Insurer(s) for such increase shall not exceed 10% (ten percent) of the Total Sum Insured on each item. It is understood that the Insured shall advise the Insurer(s) of all such increase in Sum Insured within 30 (thirty) days and a pro-rata additional premium will be charged accordingly.
Klausul Kenaikan Otomatis
Ganti rugi yang diberikan oleh Polis ini akan berlaku secara otomatis mencakup setiap kenaikan Harga Pertanggungan dalam Ikhtisar Polis tetapi tanggung jawab Penanggung untuk setiap kenaikan tersebut tidak akan melebihi 10% (sepuluh persen) dari Total Harga Pertanggungan untuk setiap jenis barang. Dengan ini dipahami bahwa Tertanggung harus memberitahukan kepada Penanggung tentang semua kenaikan Harga Pertanggungan tersebut dalam waktu 30 (tiga puluh) hari dan premi tambahan pro-rata akan dikenakan sesuai dengan itu.
