SMOKE EXTENDED COVER (4.14)

It is hereby noted and agreed that subject to the Insured having paid the agreed additional premium, this insurance shall cover loss of or damage to the property insured under this Policy caused by smoke arising from a fire provided that the cause of the fire which produces the smoke is not excluded under this Policy.

For any indemnity payable herein, the Insured shall bear a deductible of 5% of the sum insured of the damaged item due to smoke or Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand rupiahs) for any one occurrence, whichever is the higher.

Dengan ini ditegaskan bahwa dengan pembayaran premi tambahan yang disepakati, pertanggungan ini menjamin juga kerugian atau kerusakan yang terjadi pada harta benda yang dipertanggungkan pada polis yang disebabkan oleh asap yang berasal dari kebakaran dengan syarat penyebab kebakaran yang menimbulkan asap tersebut tidak dikecualikan dalam polis ini.

Atas setiap ganti rugi yang dapat dibayarkan, Tertanggung wajib menanggung risiko sendiri sebesar 5% dari harga pertanggungan harta benda yang mengalami kerusakan akibat asap atau Rp. 100.000,- (seratus ribu rupiah) untuk setiap kejadian, yang mana yang lebih besar.
