FLEET INSURANCE CLAUSE
It is agreed between the Assureds and the Company that the Insured Vessels are subject to Fleet Insurance then the debts of any one Assured in respect of any such Insured Vessel shall be treated as a debt to the Company of all other Assureds whose vessels are or were insured as part of the same fleet and the Company shall be entitled to act as if all the vessels forming part of the fleet were entered by the same Assured.

Dengan ini disepakati antara Tertanggung dan Perusahaan bahwa Kapal yang diasuransikan tunduk pada ketentuan Asuransi Armada Kapal maka utang-utang yang dimiliki oleh setiap satu Tertanggung sehubungan dengan Kapal milik Tertanggung tersebut akan dianggap sebagai utang kepada Perusahaan dari semua Tertanggung lain yang mana kapal-kapal mereka diasuransikan atau telah diasuransikan sebagai bagian dari armada yang sama dan Perusahaan berhak bertindak seolah-olah semua kapal tersebut merupakan bagian dari armada yang dimasukkan oleh Tertanggung yang sama.
