The Insurer agrees to pay to the Insured the costs of destruction, demolition and restoration of sound property where such destruction or demolition is necessary for reinstatement or repair consequent upon destruction or damage to the Property Insured.
Where the Insurer and Insured cannot agree upon the necessity for such reinstatement or repair, an independent qualified engineer will be engaged to provide professional advice. Any costs of such engineer will be included as part of the claim under Section A of the policy.
