PERLUASAN JAMINAN ASAP
Dengan ini ditegaskan bahwa dengan pembayaran premi tambahan yang disepakati, pertanggungan ini menjamin juga kerugian atau kerusakan yang terjadi pada harta benda yang dipertanggungkan pada polis yang disebabkan oleh asap yang berasal dari kebakaran dengan syarat penyebab kebakaran yang menimbulkan asap tersebut tidak dikecualikan dalam polis ini.
Atas setiap ganti rugi yang dapat dibayarkan, Tertanggung wajib menanggung risiko sendiri sebesar 5% dari harga pertanggungan harta benda yang mengalami kerusakan akibat asap atau Rp. 100.000,- (seratus ribu rupiah) untuk setiap kejadian, yang mana yang lebih besar.
