Licensing Endorsement

It is hereby understood and agreed definition 8.16 You, Your, Yours is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

• You, Your, Yours – means:
  • the Named Insured;
  • any person who is, during the Period of Insurance, a principal, partner or director of the Named Insured but only in respect of work performed while a principal, partner or director of the Named insured;
  • any person who is, during the period of insurance, an Employee of the Named Insured but only in respect of work performed while an Employee of the Named Insured;
  • any former principal, partner, director or Employee of the Named Insured, but only in respect of work performed while a principal, partner, director or Employee of the Named Insured;
  • the estates, heirs, legal representatives or assigns in the event of the death or incapacity of any person described in clauses 8.16.2, 8.16.3 and 8.16.4. provided that such persons observe and are subject to all the terms of this Policy insofar as they can apply;
  • provided always that practitioners covered under clause 8.16.2,8.16.3 and 8.16.4 are licensed and/or possess a relevant and recognised industrial or tertiary qualification.
