In case of damage from perils insured against affecting labels, capsules or wrappers, the loss to be limited to an amount sufficient to pay the cost of new labels, capsules or wrappers and the cost of re-labeling the goods, provided the damage will have amounted to a claim under the terms of the policy.
In no case shall the liability of Underwriters exceed the insured value of the subject-matter Insured
