INTERPRETATION CLAUSE

In the event of any conflict of interpretation between the various clauses and conditions contained in this Policy, the broadest and least restrictive wording to the benefit of the Insured shall always prevail.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that any provision of this Policy is unenforceable by the Insured under the laws of any Nation or other jurisdiction wherein it is claimed that an Insured is liable for any loss, injury or damage covered by this Policy because of non-compliance with any statute thereof, then this Policy shall be enforceable by the Insured with the same effect as if it complied with such statute.
