Tire and Wheel Clause
It is hereby understood and agreed this policy is extended to indemnify loss of or damage to tyre(s) and/or wheel(s) caused by accident or any other insured perils dispite of no physical damage to body or any other part(s) of the Vehicle. The Insurers’ liability for cost of repair or replacement of tyre(s) and/or wheel(s) are subject to application of reasonable depreciation for wear and tear. Application of this clause is further subject to “Pair and Set Clause”.
Pair and Set Clause
It is hereby understood and agreed in case of loss destruction or damage to part of a pair or set, The Insurers agree to pay the full amount of pair or set of article(s) provided the Insured agree to surrender remaining article(s) to the Insurers
Kaditserse / Polda Waiver Clause
It is hereby understood and agreed in case of any stolen Vehicle this insurance shall waive Kaditserse / Polda confirmation letter provided the Insured has submitted Police Report and Police Blokage Letter for Vehicle’s ownership (BPKB) and registration (STNK)
Cost of Recovery from Police (10% of Sum Insured)
It is hereby understood and agreed in case of any stolen Vehicle is recovered by Police while claim payment has not been made, The Insurers agree to pay cost of recovery for releasing the Vehicle at maximum 10% of Sum Insured
