CLAIMS MITIGATION CLAUSE
It is agreed that in the event of actual damage (or imminent) to the insured Property, the insurer will pay the reasonably costs necessary in preventing, minimizing or reducing damage to the insured Property, which the insured can prove necessarily incurred immediately and urgently in an emergency.
