NON-CONTRIBUTION CLAUSE

Notwithstanding any other condition in this policy relating to contribution, it is expressly understood and agreed that the Insurers under this policy waive and forego any rights to contribution by any other policy or policies which may be effected by the Insured (as more fully described in Memorandum 1) or any one of them.
