PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY AND MEDICAL MALPRACTICE EXCLUSION (BL 57)

It is agreed and declared that Exclusion 4.9 is deleted and replaced by the following:

4.9          PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY

4.9.1       the rendering of or failure to render professional advice or service by the Insured or any error or omission connected therewith.

4.9.2       Personal Injury arising directly or indirectly out of or caused by an error, omission or act in the treatment or nursing of a patient of the Insured or in the use of medical apparatus or equipment or in the provision of drugs, food or drink for a patient of the Insured.
