It is hereby declared and agreed that this policy extends to cover legal liability of the Insured in respect of injury illness or damage caused by or in connection with or arising from the use of Plant, Machinery and Equipment including lifts, elevators, escalators, hoists, cranes and unregistered vehicles, owned and/or under the control of the Insured and not licensed for road use while engaged on a work site or premises.

They does not include any Vehicle whilst travelling to or from a work site, or Vehicles that are used to carry goods to or from any premises.

Provided that Limit of Liability shall in no case exceeding USD 250,000 in respect of any one Occurrence and in the aggregate for the whole period of insurance.

Dengan ini dinyatakan dan disetujui bahwa polis ini diperluas untuk menjamin tanggung jawab hukum Tertanggung sehubungan dengan cedera, penyakit, atau kerusakan yang disebabkan oleh atau sehubungan dengan atau timbul dari penggunaan Mesin dan Peralatan Pabrik, termasuk lift, elevator, eskalator, kerekan, derek, dan kendaraan tidak terdaftar, yang dimiliki dan/atau di bawah kendali Tertanggung dan tidak memiliki izin untuk penggunaan jalan raya saat bekerja atau berada di lokasi kerja atau tempat usaha.

Tidak termasuk Kendaraan apa pun saat bepergian ke atau dari lokasi kerja, atau Kendaraan yang digunakan untuk mengangkut barang ke atau dari tempat usaha mana pun.

Dengan ketentuan bahwa Batas Tanggung Jawab Hukum tidak akan melebihi USD 250.000 sehubungan dengan satu Kejadian dan secara total keseluruhan selama periode asuransi.
