MR 005 – Special Conditions Concerning the Construction and/or Erection Time Schedule
It is agreed and understood that otherwise subject to the terms, exclusions, provisions and conditions contained in the Policy or endorsed thereon, the following shall apply to this insurance :
The construction and/or erection time schedule together with any other statements made in writing by the Insured for the purpose of obtaining cover under the Policy as well as technical information forwarded to the Insurers is deemed to be incorporated herein.
The Insurers shall not indemnify the Insured in respect of loss or damage caused by or arising out of or aggravated by deviations from the construction and/or erection time schedule exceeding weeks, unless the Insurers had agreed in writing to such a deviation before the loss occurred.
Deviation from time schedule : ……………….. weeks

pak imam boleh tolong di jelaskan atau di berikan cotoh untuk MR 005
terkait hal ini saya ada contoh kasus apakah ini sesuai dng MR 005 saya ada project yg mana di cover CAR namun saat berjalan nya project ternyata ada meleset dari waktu yg di sepakati misal waktu yg di berikan 12 bulan cm pd kenyataan nya tidak sesuai dng rencana 12 bulan tp menjadi 15 bulan sedang kan masa pertanggungan asurasi hanya 12 bulan tp di klausula MR005 di berikan 16 minggu dari original copletion date, terimakasih Pak Imam mohon penjelasan nya
Berarti polis memberikan tambahan waktu (kelonggaran) sampai dengan 12 bulan + 16 minggu masih dijamin di Polis CAR
