Innkeeper’s Liability Clause

To pay on behalf of the insured all sums, which the insured shall become legally, obligated to pay by reason of liability for damages because of injury to, destruction of or loss of property of the guests lodged or deposited with the Insured specifically for safe custody while in such premises.

Special exclusions :

1. Occasioned by the negligence / misconduct of the guest.
2. Arising out of the act of GOD and public enemy.
3. Losses caused by loss of or damage to automobiles or property in automobile.
4. Property in the custody of the insured for cleaning, merchandise for exhibition, sale or delivery by guest.

Provided that Limit of Liability shall in no case exceeding Rp 100,000,000 in respect of any one Occurrence and Rp 500,000,000 in the aggregate for the whole period of insurance.

Klausul Tanggung Jawab Hukum Penyimpanan Barang

Membayar atas nama Tertanggung seluruh jumlah yang secara hukum menjadi kewajiban Tertanggung untuk membayar dengan alasan tanggung jawab hukum atas kerugian yang disebabkan oleh cedera, kerusakan, atau kehilangan harta benda tamu yang menginap atau dititipkan kepada Tertanggung, khususnya untuk penyimpanan yang aman selama berada di tempat tersebut.

Pengecualian khusus:

1. Disebabkan oleh kelalaian/kesalahan tamu.
2. Timbul karena bencana alam dan musuh publik.
3. Kerugian yang disebabkan oleh kehilangan atau kerusakan mobil atau harta benda di dalam mobil.
4. Harta benda yang berada dalam pengawasan Tertanggung untuk dibersihkan, barang dagangan untuk dipamerkan, dijual, atau diantar oleh tamu.

Dengan ketentuan bahwa Batas Tanggung Jawab Hukum tidak boleh melebihi Rp 100.000.000 untuk satu Kejadian dan Rp 500.000.000 secara total keseluruhan selama periode asuransi.
