FOOD AND DRINKS POISONING EXTENSION CLAUSE

It is hereby declared and agreed that the indemnity granted by this policy applies to the Insured’s legal liability for accidental bodily injury (including illness) and accidental loss of or damage to property (both as defined in the Policy) caused by or attributable to food and drink sold or supplied or provided by the Insured.

It is further agreed that:

1. The indemnity granted by this endorsement shall not apply to any clam for injury or disease fatal or otherwise sustained or contracted by any animal.
2. The liability of the Company under this Endorsement shall not exceed during the period of insurance the limit of liability stated in the Schedule of this Policy exclusive of the costs and expenses incurred with the written consent of the Company.
