On costs and expenses necessarily incurred by the Insured in the removal of debris, dismantling or demolishing, shoring up or propping of the portion or portions of the property insured and in providing erecting and maintaining any street or pavement hoarding required during demolition, site clearing and/or building operations following destruction of or damage to the property insured by Fire or by any other peril hereby insured against for an amount shown in the schedule (or 10% of the Sum Insured provided that the liability for such destruction or damage and expenses shall not exceed in the aggregate the total sum insured)
Note: If this item is insured separately the words in bracket are deemed to be omitted.
