CLAIM PREPARATION CLAUSE (Maximum limit US$ 50,000.00)

It is agreed and understood that otherwise subject to the terms, exclusions, provisions and conditions contained in the Policy or endorsed thereon this insurance shall be deemed to cover the Insured for all reasonable costs incurred for the preparation of claims provided the Insurer admits liability for the loss or damage.
