THEFT FOLLOWING FIRE AND ALLIED PERILS

Notwithstanding anything herein contained to the contrary this insurance extends to cover loss of or damage to the property insured by theft following upon any contingency covered by and giving rise to a claim under a fire and allied perils policy.
