Off-site Storage

This Policy will indemnify the Insured, up to the Sum specified in the Schedule, in respect of insured Loss, while Insured Property is in temporary storage off the Project Site, except while at any manufacturers or suppliers premises prior to delivery to the Project Site, provided that:
(a) said Insured Property is owned, or is in the custody, care or control of the Insured; and
(b) the storage area is fenced and guarded; and
(c) the off-site storage insurance hereunder shall only indemnify the Insured to the extent that such Loss is not recoverable under any other insurance; and
(d) such off-site storage takes place within the Territorial Limits.
