DISCOVERY PERIOD

It is hereby declared and agreed that shall fraudulently embezzle or fraudulently misappropriate any money or negotiable instrument or goods belonging to the Employer or for which the Employer is legally liable and such fraudulent embezzlement or fraudulent misappropriation be discovered not later than 6 (six) months after the termination Policy or not later than 12 (twelve) months after the termination of the employment of such Employee whichever shall have first happened.
